If you feel as though there has been an error or damage to your shipment that may have compromised the integrity of our products once delivered, you must notify us within THREE DAYS of receipt. If we find that the shipping avenue is solely liable for the damage(s) of your purchased products, we will promptly process and administer a replacement of equal value at no additional cost to you.
